Why is an Email Address Displaying in the Date of Deactivation Field?

When you are editing or updating and employee's information, you may notice that your email address and password is entered in the Date of Deactivation and Password fields. This occurs when you have autofill enabled for email addressed and passwords on your browser. To disable autofill, please review the instructions below.

Be advised that disabling the autofill feature will disable the feature across all websites, not just the Credential Verification Service platform. If you do not wish to disable autofill across all websites, simply delete the email address and password before saving your updates to an employee's file.
