Using Batch Actions to Create Credential Reports

Using Batch Actions to Create Credential Reports

Aside from reliable employee ID cards with a scannable QR code, one of our favorite features of Credential Verification Service is the ability to create reports. Credential Verification Service understands that your team is busy and tracking when each employee's credentials expire can be a hassle, but we've made it easier with our Credential Reporting features.

Using the Credential Report: URL

The Credential Report: URL batch action will provide you with a .csv containing the following:
  1. Employee ID Number
  2. Employee First Name
  3. Employee Last Name
  4. Employee Title
  5. URL to Employee Information
In the event that an employee does not have a title defined in the system, this field will be blank.

An example of the Credential Report: URL can be found below.

Employee ID No First Name Last Name Title Employee Credentials
QBORGANA Breha Organa Queen, Ruler of Alderaan https://cvs.instantcard.net/qr/20006222/QBORGANA

GDDRAVEN Davits Draven General https://cvs.instantcard.net/qr/20006222/GDDRAVEN

Using the Credential Report: Matrix

The Credential Report: Matrix batch action will provide you with a .csv containing the following:
  1. Employee First Name
  2. Employee Last Name
  3. Employee ID
  4. Credential Acquire Date
  5. Credential Expiry Date
Every credential that exists within your CVS set-up will be displayed as an entry on the Credential Report: Matrix.
