Printing Your Employee ID Badges

Credential Verification Service offers three options for printing your employee ID cards. Each option is detailed below, but if you have further questions or concerns, please reach out to your Technical Support Representative for further assistance.

Printing Your ID Cards and Sending to a Drop-Ship Address

Credential Verification Service offers the option to print your ID cards and send them to a drop-ship address. To print your cards using this method, following the below instructions:
  1. Login to Credential Verification Service using your Company Admin account
  2. On the Employee page, select each employee for whom you are printing a card by clicking the checkbox before their name
  3. Click the Batch Actions button to open the Batch Actions menu
  4. From the Batch Actions menu, click Print Selected Cards and Send Them to a Drop-Ship Address

What is a Drop-Ship Address?

A drop-ship address is an address that is not on file with Credential Verification Service. Once you click Print Selected Cards and Send Them to a Drop-Ship Address from the Batch Actions menu, you will be prompted to enter the address where you would like to receive your ID cards. This option is especially useful if you are providing ID cards to a work crew that is not regularly at or near your office location.

Printing Your ID Cards and Sending to an Address on File

Credential Verification Service offers the option to print your ID cards and send them to an address on file. To print your cards using this method, following the below instructions:

  3. Click the Batch Actions button to open the Batch Actions menu
  4. From the Batch Actions menu, click Print Selected Cards and Send Them to Address on File

What is My Address on File?

Your address on file is the address associated with your main account, but this address may not necessarily be the address of your company. Typically, this address is a billing address or parent company address.
