Changing Your Password

After signing up for Credential Verification Service, a member of our team will set up your company and your user account in our system. A temporary password will be set and emailed to you. We recommend that you set a new, secure password following the instructions below.
  1. Login using the credentials emailed to you at cvs.instantcard.net
  2. In the uppermost dark gray navigation bar, click your name to be taken to your user page
  3. On your user page, click Edit Employee from the uppermost light gray navigation bar
  4. On the Edit Employee page, click Show More Fields under the Employee Account Details heading
  5. Enter your new password in the Password field
  6. Reenter your new password in the Password Confirmation field
  7. Click Update Employee in the uppermost light gray navigation bar
Your new password has been saved once you click Update Employee. Any future logins will use your new, secure password.
