Changing Your Brand or Logo
When you sign up for Credential Verification Service, a member of our team will set up your company profile, including uploading your company logo to your portal; however, we understand that there may be future logo changes and that company administrators need the ability to change their logo as needed.
In general, Credential Verification Services recommends uploading your company logo as a brand. Optimal resolution for your brand image is 480 px. by 80 px.
Company Logo
When a company logo is uploaded, the logo will appear on the left side of the Verify Credentials page of every employee. The logo will appear under the Verify Credentials heading and will be paired with your company name.
Company Brand
When your logo is uploaded as a company brand, the logo will appear on the right side of the Verify Credentials page of every employee. The brand image will appear to the right of the Verify Credentials heading and is generally larger than the company logo. The brand image is not paired with your company name, so you will only see 'Verify Credentials' and the company brand image when you load the Verify Credentials page.
