  1. You may be able to save the employee ID card preview, but your system may not have a software that is able to open it
    1. In these cases, you will need to redesign your employee ID card to match the specifications of your ID card printer
    2. If you need to redesign your employee ID card, you will also need to generate your QR code that links back to the CVS cloud-based employee information page
  2. Credential Verification Service is unable to offer support for any cards printed outside of the Credential Verification Service system
  3. Credential Verification Service is unable to offer our 100% satisfaction guarantees for any cards printed outside of the Credential Verification Service system
